The Role: Training Administrator within the L&D Coordination Team

We are searching for a diligent Training Administrator to join our vibrant Learning and Development team, focusing on orchestrating all external L&D programmes for clients within the construction industry. This role is pivotal in managing the logistics and administration of our L&D operations, serving client organisations with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Administration: Manage the end-to-end administration of training programmes, from initial booking to final qualification issuance, ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders.
  • Logistical Coordination: Arrange all logistical details for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, and material preparation, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
  • Client and Delegate Support: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing exceptional service and support to both clients and delegates, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Assessment Coordination: Oversee the assessment process, coordinating with assessors and ensuring timely and accurate recording and reporting of delegate performance.
  • Database and Records Management: Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, delegate progress, and qualification outcomes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Feedback Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyse feedback from clients and delegates to inform continuous improvement of training programmes. Prepare reports for management highlighting feedback outcomes and suggested improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, delegates, trainers, and assessors, ensuring open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
