About the Course

The CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) is designed for construction professionals, who will have or currently have responsibility for planning, organising, monitoring, controlling and administering groups of staff on site.

Duration: 5 days 

Pre-Requisites: Delegates must have a good understanding of the English language in both verbal and written formats.

• Managing health and safety at work
• Risk assessments
• Management of sub-contractors
• Measuring and monitoring of performance 
• Hazards
• New roads and streetworks
• Working at height 

How Is the Course Assessed? 

Delegates will take a written test once learning is complete.  A minimum pass rate is applicable to tests.

What Will I Receive on Completion? 

A CITB-accredited certificate, valid for 5 years.
