CITB’s Leadership & Management Fund (LLF) gives large construction businesses the opportunity to secure £10,000s in funding to invest in leadership development.

The Leadership & Management Fund is a non-competitive CITB fund for large businesses with 250+ employees. It helps these construction companies invest in developing leadership, management and supervisory skills across their workforce through:  

  • External/In-house training programmes  
  • Accredited leadership qualifications  
  • Coaching, mentoring and bespoke training resources 
  • Development of new or improved leadership content  

Who Can Apply for LLF Funding

Here’s what you’ll need to qualify for the LLF Fund: 

  • Your business needs to have over 250 directly employed staff 
  • You will need to have submitted your most recent Levy return 
  • All year’s levy payments must be up to date 
  • One application only per associated business
