CITB’s Leadership & Management Fund (LLF) gives large construction businesses the opportunity to secure £10,000s in funding to invest in leadership development.
The Leadership & Management Fund is a non-competitive CITB fund for large businesses with 250+ employees. It helps these construction companies invest in developing leadership, management and supervisory skills across their workforce through:
- External/In-house training programmes
- Accredited leadership qualifications
- Coaching, mentoring and bespoke training resources
- Development of new or improved leadership content
Who Can Apply for LLF Funding
Here’s what you’ll need to qualify for the LLF Fund:
- Your business needs to have over 250 directly employed staff
- You will need to have submitted your most recent Levy return
- All year’s levy payments must be up to date
- One application only per associated business
